Booking

Deposit & Payment:

A 35% non refundable deposit payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The balance  is due four weeks before arrival. Payments can be made by bank transfer and you will be notified of your booking confirmation with a receipt when the deposit is paid. A E100 cleaning charge is deducted from the deposit on departure. For stays of longer than one week an optional weekly E50 cleaning charge is applicable.


Security Deposit and Cleaning Charge

A E200 cash deposit is payable on arrival and will be returned on departure following an inspection of the house. A cleaning charge of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit on departure.


Changeover day

Arrival after 4 pm and departure by 11 am. Depending on flight schedule, luggage can be left in the house on arrival (if earlier) or on departure ( if later). Saturday changeover day preferred in High season


Availability

On request. One week or more booking preferable. Less then 7 and longer then 21 day discounts considered.


Internet and local phone

A USB wireless internet connection, phone and sim card can be provided on request that can be used with your computer. A deposit of E100 is required and refunded upon return of device and sim card. The credit for the card can be bought at local shops.  The connection (3G) is useful for email, internet, skype and other applications. It is charged by the amount of data downloaded, but is not expensive to use.  Credit can be bought in local shops.
