Wooden stutters can also be closed to keep things cool upstairs, ( upstairs bedrooms have A/C) while the ground floor is always a few degrees cooler and protected by its thick stone walls.
A large living room on the first floor leads to a second smaller studio living room (sofa bed) while outside there is a spacious terrace (half covered ) with seating and pleasant views of the surrounding hills and countryside. The lower level comprises of a a fully equipped kitchen (retaining original mill feature) and a large cool dining room surrounded by old stone walls and polished stone floors; an adjacent bathroom and twin bedroom lead to the lower terrace area and garden area with BBQ and ,if you like, an outside dining area and surrounded by stone walls. and illuminated in evenings The second floor comprises of 2 large and bright en-suite double bedrooms.
