Located in a small hillside village of Marovici among the rolling hills of the peninsula of Lustica, this charming mill house was completely renovated in 2008, has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), bright living rooms (3) and & spacious outdoor terraces (2)  and garden - all surrounded by stone walls. Marovici is located above two pebble beaches (Janicje and Mirista) which are well served with restaurants, bars and shops (during the summer), as well as close to the historic walled towns of  Budva & Kotor. The dramatic fjord area, Boka-Kotorski, surrounds Lustica,  making the house an idea place to relax and enjoy peace and quiet of the countryside as well as nearby beaches and convenient to the renowned coastal towns and mountain areas.

Enjoy the real Montenegrin countryside and traditional way of life in Montenegro.  Families and small groups will be impressed by spectacular views of the islands and forts at the entrance to the fjord and numerous pretty beaches that surround Lustica Peninsula. Lustica House retains an original olive mill as part of a dramatic stone kitchen/living room.
